mail server failure

I can't send mail from my osclass. I have tried lots of settings parameters on the mail server but that could not work. My mails records sent on osclass but will never deliver to users for email verification. Need help.

In hostname use ip address of your server

But using the IP of server couldn't work. Please any help.

@obislist
Discuss with hosting provider, they should be able to give you configuration and also look if there is any error/problem with mail server.

I have reported to my hosting company. The have been trying but couldn't solve the issue so far.

Well hosting should solve such problems in minute. Maybe you should consider moving to different company

do NOT use SSL connection.. it will not work! I had similar issue and it was not working so far for the last year and changed two hosting providers. In the section Server port type the nonssl port server

OSclass.market blocked my account after buying a violet theme from them @ $39.
Osclass.market did this because of my complain to PayPal after facing challenges while trying to get my OSclass classified ads website to send verification mail which failed. I requested for refund since I didn't use the theme anymore.
Just came back today to notice there ruthless and baseless actions. Instead of supporting me, they blocked my account.
I am requesting for my account to be unblocked so that I can access my theme.
