This area does nit seem to be too profitable, time invested could be just waste.
So no plan for apps in near future

He's not wrong... Although he is referring to a user application, I think an admin application would be profitable. Allowing admins to keep an eye on they website activities, new user and listings notifications. Extend the mobile app by integrating a few of the plugins such as: Osclass Pay, Blog, etc...

You should probably reconsider.

This is problem of apps.
Always expensive and hard to customize.
There is just very few people those would pay hundreds of dollars for one app.

Spanish guys tried to hire agency to create app for them and then sold it for $400 per IOS and $400 per Android and they completely failed as far as I remember...

Totally free if anyone wants to develop app, its free , Osclass mobile theme is very nice for mobile view and its working good in android app.

as I have develop my OwnPetz website app , you can check and try in play store.

and if anyone need help i can tell the process for developing the android app . And you dont have to pay to design your app, simple method to create app in 1 - 2 Hours.   

How you create this app..? It is webview app or native hybrid app..?

as per my live webview app many functions not working. Its only view mode

Yes its working, I used webview for my app ,, you can install OwnPetz app from google play store , its working properly
