Hi,

I see an empty page in Reported Listings, still paging is available for some reason.

Since this is an upgraded installation, maybe some leftovers are in the DB. Where are they and how i can fix this?

Enable error and db wueries logs and check.
You may also review database if there are any reports

Debug log is empty.

And the rest logs are also without any errors or anything strange.

Comparing the paging # of listing and all the listings, they are the same. Same number (per page compared).

So for some reason all listings are flaged as reported. I check the items stats db fields, empty. No reported of anything.

Where an other "flag" could be in the db?

The only difference i see in ITEMS, is that OLD ads have b_show_phone enabled (1) and NEW ads do not.

Could that be the issue?

In item stats table i see multiple SAME item id records. Is that normal? Could that be an issue?

Not sure if there can be more than 1 record per item id.

In my test site, the item stats has ONE record per listing. Only one. So what i see in the live system is wrong.

You say red queries, how to i check that? I'm not a master of databases.... i only have phpmyadmin available to me in Cpanel.

I have imported the pre-Osclasspoint upgrade database sql file, in a new database for testing.

And the multiple item stats records are there, so this is not something created by the latest Osclasspoint upgrade (from an OTHER release).

The issue was there, no idea how and when it was created, since i took the customer for the last year or so.

What i will do is delete all item stats records. He will loose the views count, but nothing else i can do for now. Many issues this site and little money for the hours i have spend.

I did the above, no issues. Now the stats records are ONE per listing and reported listings dashboard is showing empty and correct.

I would like to update my previous post.

While the issue is gone, in the item stats there ARE new duplicate "fk_i_item_id" records in item stats.

Can some one check his database and see if this is also happening?

Also i have issues viewing and logging here. I had 2 times to reset my router and get an other IP. Why? banned?

Table is unique by item ID & date.
Try now regarding ban rule.

After a while i'm banned again (my IP, in the FORUM not the site). And my IP is totally ok, from Vodafone Greece. Not blacklisted anywhere. I have again reset my router (4 times today).
