Site user activation link not sending to New registerd Users

Hi, 

Every time, the new user registering on my website, the new user activation link is not sending in the email ID. The mail server setting is working good as I checked with Test email sent button.  Also, every time New had posted on the website. The dashboard sending activity to the admin email that shows email server is working perfectly but only issue I am facing with account activation link email which is not sending to the users.  The site is running via cloud flair. So    I added all the air records which were propagated properly. Attaching here with the screenshot.     Also, one more strange behaviour. I observed that when I open the dashboard in Firefox browser and select the inactive user and click on recent activation email to the user. It is showing email sent successfully in green colour marking notification. But when I follow the same process in chrome browser, it is not showing anything and just refresh the page of admin area.  My website is running on PHP version 8.5

If all mails works OK just this one not, "problem" is that email contains link and mail server consider it as spam.

.    Sending you the screenshot in which you can identify that there is no link in the email. I was using the website logo on the top of email which I removed now, but that is not the issue because in other email templates, also I am using it and those are delivering properly.

 So how come other emails with links are delivering properly? I mean when the new user register on the website so admin is also receiving the email from the same server so how it is possible that other emails are working properly. Only just this email is not.  In the attachment, you can see that website is sending mail to the admin official email ID properly with links inside. So how come the server making it differentiate? That new user registration email sending to the admin email ID, but not sending the email for account validation email to the new user of the website?

That's right. It happens often and doesn't depend on Osclass. It's at the webmail server configuration level.

.  So if it is often happens with everyone, so there might be some solution for that, so I discussed it with my hosting Provider and they said there is nothing wrong with the web server. Email configuration.  So any solution for that. If other users are also facing the same issue, so what will be the solution for that?

.  I already discussed it with my hosting Provider, and they said everything looks fine. So what should I tell them to rectify this issue?  In what way I should tell them, so this issue can be resolved.  If this is happening with me, so it may be faced by other users also, and what will be the solution for this? Any suggestions and idea to resolve this?

From server and there is no issue, I chat with my hosting Provider. Attaching here with the screenshot of MX tool. They suggested me to check the script of email document or email script.  So could you please tell me the location of email template and script where we can crosscheck just to make sure everything is good or I can replace that file with the backup Installation or with the new Installation files for email? 

Also, I have one more idea to resolve it. Should I change the email ID of Back and admin area is that work?
