Tinymce Numlist and Bullist Not Showing

hi..  how can i resolve Bullist and Numlist couldnt found in add/edit description please..

Not all options are available in TinyMCE editor.
You must edit core to change tools here (frm/item)

Please tell me in which specific folder (file) you can include the lists. They really aren't in the editor. And I didn't find anything suitable in frm/item.

It should be oc-includes/osclass/frm/item....

I still don't understand what this file has to do with it. We are talking about Tinymce and the fact that the editor does not have a button for entering text in a list or a numbered list. Please help me figure it out. This is a very important detail for users.

In osclass 8.3 there will be hooks and filters those helps you to mange this section without core mods.
