Transaction Display in Back Office When Adding a New Post

When adding a new post from the back office, the "Transaction" option is not displayed, while when editing a post, the "Transaction" option is displayed normally. How can I fix this and make the "Transaction" option appear?

The problem occurs in the OMEGA & MODERN themes of the Back office. OSCLASS 8.2.1

Modern not supported there at all, but should have no impact on this.

In the front-end it is BETA but there is no problem there. In the OMEGA theme the problem is. Look at it there.

The problem was not with the BETA theme.  The BETA worked very well. The problem was and still is with OMEGA theme

Since the error was in the BETA theme, the right thing to do is to post the code of the correction. Otherwise, we have to pay again to download the new corrected version and correct all the changes we have made to the theme.

in functions.php search for $item_id > 0 and OC_ADMIN ... comment this line(s) with item id conditoin.
