Admin Permissions Manager Plugin - Error in User section

I have an error with the administration of user. The submenu is not displayed or incomplete. With click on user the error message appears. All permissions for user are set.

Check admin account settings if you did not restrict your admin user to some sections.
Alternatively admin permissions manager could do this as well.
