although I have property listed but the "browse in" listing shows 0 ads
this happened when you have 3 level down categories

e.g.

property is the main --> house --> house for sale

when you are in the main page the property listing counter shows 0

Listings counter is not handled by theme, but by osclass core. Try to refresh stats from oc-admin.
