Auction not getting paid via bank transfer

Winning bid when the buyer tries to pay via Bank Transfer, it processes -shows the transaction ID

As admin, we confirm receiving the payment but then on submission, system shows "Payer user record not found in database"

When the buyer goes back to his auction section, it still shows to make the payment and in the seller auction - it shows buyer is yet to pay.

BUT, in the payments section of the buyer, it shows the transaction processed.

Payments via Admin pay are going through.

Thanks for feedback, we are looking into issue. It seems to be related to passing user ID - that gets from logs, but when you use bank transfer, log does not exist.
