Enabling admin toolbar in user setting hides top navigation in Device

Hi, Please note that when admin enables Admin toolbar option in the user settings while admin is logged-in the top navigation hides in the Delta Theme where you can see "Home, Search, Publish, Contact Account" links.

Yes that is possible, it depends how top header menu is made in theme.
If it is fixed, it require additional adjustments.
