Having some issues

My site is buysell.farm

My categories all are erroring out, friendly urls dont work and crashed the site into 500 errors and ive had to remove httacess for the site to work, any ideas ?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'debugging' (T_STRING) in /home/customer/www/buysell.farm/public_html/config.php on line 28

I get this enabling save PHP errors & logs to oc-content/debug.log

Everything is enabled now
So far nothing
But I get this error on my categories
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have alot of plans for more classified sites and money to invest, I really love your setup I just need to get it functioning.
