Image upload error on mobile since 8.3 upgrade

Anyone else having issues uploading images since the new upgrade.

1. Works fine on desktop
2. Works fine if you use a camera to take a picture
3. Does not upload an image on file upload.

Tried default theme still the same.
Tried different mobile devices still the same.
Tried debug log, nothing in it.
Tried clearing cache and history.

Screen attached on spooling, just keeps going round saying its uploading 0%

Apart from upgrade, nothing has changed...

Sounds like permissions isssue on uploads folder.
Make sure to enable logging and review osclass logs and browser logs.

If it was a permissions issue a desktop wouldn't be able to upload either so that isn't the issue.
Unless desktop and mobile devices have different upload folders.
Logs have been enabled and it's blank for any issues.
Nothing in web browser console

I've tested and works OK for me. If you experience it just on some specific devices, then it may be their security

Checked the permissions folder and this is 755, so changed it to 777, but still no joy.
So went another route and I tried the original image uploader to Fineuploader and it works fine on
Mobile/desktop/tablet using chrome/ie/firefox on all devices.

Put it back to Uppy.io and it doesnt work on the mobile using Chrome only, all other devices are fine, I even delete chrome and reset it to default, the little image (viewer) works for the 1st time on page load, but not the second image and doesny upload at all, I've cleared cache, cleared history and checked all logs and nothing is showing as an issue

Any further guidance ?
Must be a conflict with Uppy and chrome..
