osclass 8.01 + Bender Bootstrap - user modify an ad and city disappear in admin

osclass 8.01 + Bender Bootstrap  - user modify a previus ad, and admin need click to approve, but in admin ad screen the name of the city on the right disappear and need re-select every time.

Question is how is the city stored. It might be issue if just s_city is updated in database.
