The save button is not displayed in the admin panel on the ads tab

Good afternoon, could you please help me? The situation is as follows: the "Advertisement" tab in the admin panel is not opening correctly. When editing, the "Save Changes" button and the photo count have disappeared. Here is the error log. I'm attaching photos. What can be done? How can this be fixed?

Invalid symbol in translation file - that is common mistake
