When a user try to search by filter and submit search form afterward it show this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Most probably mod_security blocking your requests.
Usually it does not like saving search patterns into cookies, theme update may help on this - but it's worth to consider to disable it
To get fast support, we need following details: Detail description, URL to reproduce problem, Screenshots

For solve this problem we must disable mod_security.

for disabling mod_security we must login to Cpanel go to Cpanel > security > modsecurity then disable for domain or subdomain.

If you do not understood you should contact your webhosting support.

Hello
I'm facing the same issue and have contacted hosting support to disable it, but they haven't recommended disabling this option! What should I do in this situation?

Note that this only occurs with osclass-v8.3.0.
When using osclass-v8.2.1, this problem does not occur!
