Good day,
After updating the plugin all the information added before was erased.
When I try to add meta title and description for categories and regions the plugin does not remember them.
My front-end is using Bulgarian language and for my back-end im using US.

Any ideas?

There has been major update and table structure has changed.
Ideal is to uninstall & remove plugin first, then install it again.

For you problem with locales, please PM us login to your oc-admin please.

I have uploaded the plugin by rewriting the old files with ftp.
I did not know that I needed to do it this way.
I have send you login details.

Will you recommend that way in general for all plugins updates or is for your plugin and just now?

This was first such update we made. Reason was that original plugin was 3 years old and required revalidation and complete rebuild.

How i see now save,but after i close the tab and when i take a look again at categories or regions settings again are empty....why???

I have deleted and reinstalled but same problem...maybe its that problem because my website its in Greek or? I have made that you say it 2-3 time but same problem...

I wanna say thank youuuuuu,i don't know how or why,but to another website i had the old version i didn't want to make it update,but and there the plugin was erased every setting i made to the plugin and nothing save,i made update and again the plugin don't save anything to all my websites. I have lose all the settings to all my website,i lose position on google,thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say it is clearly stated here that to install new plugin, it is required to remove everything related to old one:
