Hello, how can i add a hreflang in the header to optimize SEO? I have French for Belgium and Dutch for Belgium

Yes, i want to use hrflang, to make sure google know my site is in french and it's for belgium ( it will help me for seo ) but i dont know how to make it to be multilenguage.
Because i have french and dutch and english.
