Language packs
« on: December 28, 2020, 03:51:43 AM »
Hello,
Language pack seems like does not work. Once installed through back office, it never change for any other languages back - page crash to default server homepage when select a different language. Once uninstalled and deleted - page works in English only fine.
Any comments?
Tnx

Enable error log and send errors you see.
To get fast support, we need following details: Detail description, URL to reproduce problem, Screenshots

Enable error log and send errors you see.
Could you collaborate what/where are the particular settings for that.
To add to that:
- cannot login to the admin page as the system msg "ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type" is on the login page of the reCaptcha. It does not work apparently, so I can not handle the admin area, nor enable any logs.
- after SSL certificates enrolling , the pages' css does not function anymore: I have a plain html text and fields, without any structure nor design.
Thank you.

1) error is with your setup, not osclass
2) activating https redirect on hosting does not update config.php of osclass, but how is this related to activating language packs, I have really no idea

-Error log enabled - no files generated so far, though I have errors immediately as changed the language (www.qqq.42web.io) even if I choose the same as default (En). I looked at the page - it has a wrong directory/file mapping of the path in the code, isn't it? What is the file to modify?

-Register button generates error msg too - there is no /register/user derictory as in code, but just user-register.php; same thing as above - what would be the file to modify?

-does it mean osclass has to be uploaded on https instead of http, IOT avoid css and config.php misconfiguration? I have changed config.php - works fine now. Thanks for tip!

Tnx

You must be very specific about errors, otherwise it's not possible to check what is wrong.
Regarding languages, try to remove all (except english) and again upload only those you want.

I did it - En - default and it works. Once I download any other language - it does not work at all. Even if I choose same En from En. I looked at code and the mapping is wrong - there is no such path as in code. This is the root cause. Once path will be right, then I can see what will happen. Pretty sure it is the path.
My question is - what is the name of the file?
I am looking at the front page and I see the missing path: /user/register
1. What is the name of the front page file?
2. Where is directory /user/register/index.php code is mapping to?

There are lot of php files. What is the directory/file name for the main page php?
Where is the /user/register/ directory?
I can not believe that you can not answer my simple question from the 6th times.

I can rephrase it: there is a consistent crash on page when I press on "Register" or change language.
Please let me know what's wrong with it.

I "inspect" the page and it shows me a wrong path directory that does nor exist.
1. How to map the right directory/file?
2. Where is this directory/file?
3. What is the main page php file?

Answer to your six times asked simple question.

It is php, there is no particular file behind page.

Enable error/debug log, find out error and that one will explain to you what is wrong.

It is enabled and empty. What is the configuration for debug file?
