Pls how do i fix this issue. Every time i try to publish item on my android. Sofia publish page get scattered and it is disorganised and no more mobile responsive because my installed plugin for my previous theme triggered some addition field to be display in any theme i change to.

Is there a way to make sure everything is aligned properly and mobile responsive as it should be ?

I would say you are using rich edit plugin that is not responsive.
