Maybe it’s possible to make the AI not ban a user immediately for a spam listing, but instead show them the reason first, and only ban them after the 2nd or 3rd violation? Make the ban conditions less strict.
Or add the ability for the AI to flag questionable cases, so the listing remains pending for manual moderation instead of being automatically banned.
