Please note that I've found some issues with v3.0.6:

1. The Bot Protect settings show as Badwords settings (attached screenshot).

2. In the Bot Protect integration you advise to use the following function: <?php if(function_exists('anti_bot_form')) { anti_bot_form(); } ?>
However, anti_bot_form doesn't appear anywhere in the plugin code. The only function related to this is ans_bot_protect_form.
