Plugin Flagging Every Ad as Spam

For some reason every ad that get posted on my classifieds site is being flagged as spam before it is even activated. So when a user activates his account I still have to release it from being marked as spam.  Why is this happening?

First make sure if you are talking about listings or accounts.

Not sure what you mean as I stated that the ads were being flagged not the accounts. In any case it has stopped on its own.
