Hello!
Please consider adding "whitelist" function with which admin could whitelist user IP or email address and protect them from being banned.
It is actually pretty common, that regular users get banned from who know why reason (mostly stopforumspam database). Problem is, that even if admin delete ban rule, automatic ban happen next time user visit the site which is very frustrating for user.
