This is not how we understand word "support". If you are not capable to do modifications, you should look for developer that will provide working solution.

Unfortunately English is not my native language and I have to translate in both directions, but the solution you give me is understood as "look at the entrance" and therefore ask if you can give me more guidance, I was hoping you would tell me (or so I tried to ask), for example "see in the register.php entry" (or where it should be seen.)
