Starter Theme: user profile pic not showing after it uploads and is saved.

Starter Theme:

After being uploaded and saved, a user's profile pic is visible when accessing the "My Profile" option after logging in (to edit profile, upload a new pic, etc.).

The same profile pic does not load (whether logged in or not) when accessing any listing..in it's place next to the owner of the ad listing is the generic gray avatar...

Attached is a graphic I created comparing the same page when each Theme is loaded. When Starter theme is activated, the saved user profile pic does not load in the circular viewport...just the default graphic.

Question: Is it supposed to be displayed there (like the Delta Theme)?

If it is, how do I fix this?

Starter theme use profile picture plugin delivered with theme. You use that one?

I also tried the free osclasspoint Avatar Osclass Plugin but that appears to be incompatible (doesn't work)

After disabling/enabling, uninstalling/installing and deleting/uploading/installing and enabling many times over the last couple weeks (including just now):

I found an osclass-classifieds article/doc on "how to add the Profile Pic uploader to Osclass" and successfully did that but the default avatar does not update (in the header nor the items listing pages)

Also,

I noticed that when the Profile Pic Plugin (by Jesse 5.1.0) is enabled, the profile pic placeholder is replaced with saved avatars only when the Sigma Theme is activated (Didn't load in Delta*, Starter, Zara and Zeta*)

* I've purchased a few plugins already but like to test everything before committing to purchase a theme

When the Profile Pic Plugin (by Jesse 5.1.0) IS DISABLED, the saved avatars load when Delta, Sigma and Zeta Themes are activated (Didn't work when Zara is activated).

I'm a newbie to osclass, plugins, etc. but based on all of this, could anyone say if I missed something simple in configuration, should I undo "how to add the Profile Pic uploader to Osclass", is there a corrupted Starter Theme file or conflict with another plugin?

Am grateful for any assistance.
