How do I translate the text on the home page into Italian that starts when the site is opened, (eg Discover Padua Easily buy or sell items in your city !!)

From what I've noticed, this text is generated dynamically and I do not find it inside the theme language file.

I am translating the theme.po file into Italian with Poedit. (The version will be released soon)
Poedit tells me that the theme.mo file can not be translated directly with the program. He tells me to translate the .po file and that the .mo file will be updated automatically but I can not find the relative text to translate that part.
I update how I translate the .po file and see what happens but I doubt that part of the text is contained here.
