I like the Tatiana theme but noticed a diffrence between the http and https css layout.
It appears with https the css file is not loading.
I noticed a possible fix for it in this post:

Can anyone suggest how I can fix it myself?

Make sure to setup https in config.php as well.
Sometimes people just set "Redirect non-https to https", but in this case application (osclass) will still use http for styles.
