Registration mail doesnt sent to user email

Hello there.
My website link is www.bechedibo.com
When someone tries to register with email id and password validation email is not gone to the user email address. As a result the user cannot login and an error message is shown" The user has not been validated yet"
This problem may be related to email server or email template settings. Im new here. Please support me.

Ensure configuration of mail server is ok in ocadmin - settings - mail server
