Best Theme for Multi-Seller Platform & Osclass Pay Payment Plugin

Good day Guys

I am trying to setup a WEBSITE for SELLERS to sell their (new/used) items.

BUYER has only one payment gateway to pay WEBSITE (Bank Transfer).

This WEBSITE will cover only a small geographical area thus couriers will not be required.
SELLER selects from only 2 x options:
1) SELLER delivers to BUYER
2) BUYER collects from SELLER

 SELLERS don't pay for advertising on the WEBSITE, only a percentage (5% or 10% - similar to ESCROW) of their listed selling price gets deducted (by WEBSITE) when item is received/delivered to BUYER. 

The WEBSITE must be easy & simple GUI.

Which Theme is the best to use to accomplish what I require above?

Let me ask a different question: Apart from "checking & choosing a theme" & adding OSClass Pay Payment Plugin, what ELSE would be required (keeping in mind the content and context of my initial post)?

P.S. I really like OSClass and don't want to move to a different platform.

Correct. I am intending to manage the payout manually.

1) Will the "Sigma Osclass Theme 1.7.0 by MB Themes" suffice with "OSClass Pay Payment Plugin"? (as per my initial "WEBSITE for SELLERS" post)
2) How can I mark items as "SOLD" after a transaction has been completed - I did not find any function (or plugin) that supports this setting?
3) Can I hire a developer to "tweak" the website to my requirements?
