Error on the website

Good afternoon! When switching to Osclass v8.4.0 in the website template, after clicking the “report” button, a pop‑up window appears; selecting any of the buttons results in a 404 error. How can this be fixed? I’m attaching a photo.  :( :( :(

it's removed feature, update theme.
