Twitter theme for Osclass is not responsive

I’m very interested in using the Twitter theme for Osclass for a job classified site, as it fits perfectly with what I’m looking for. However, I’ve noticed that the theme isn’t responsive on mobile devices.

How easy would it be to customize the theme to make it fully mobile responsive?

That's most probably not possible as theme was created before internet in phones get popular
