I have an idea to add "Unappropriate" Category. I know I can use "age warning" plugin, but I also would like to disable all pictures in this category. Is it possible to use "no-image.png" or disable the class <fieldset class=“photos”>…</fieldset> for this tricky Category? Please help.

You should edit loop file and set condition on images box for your category id
