Please note that I've found a bug in v1.1.2.
Validated listings return the same for the Rated user and Rating left by.
user_rating\admin\rating.php - line 262 should be:
$from_user_name = $from_user['s_name'] . ' (' . $from_user['s_email'] . ')';
