I tried different activities for some new users accounts in Veronica theme, but nin of any user is getting alerts or any notification for any activity.

How ro resolve it?

Alert == subscription to specific search. You can subscribe on search page, however I remember this functionality sometimes does not work as expected.

No sir, I am talking about the notification which a user gets when the admin activates his posts or someone makes a comment/offer/ on his listing.

For this you must have fully functional mail server (oc-admin > settings > mail)

Yes sir I already have an email server and getting emails properly.and here I'm talking about theme alerts, the encircle area in below screenshot, check attachment please.

You means ro say that if a user subscribe for any search then he will get these alerts? And a user cannot get these alerts in user account for comments and messages etc?

I'm still confuse? Please elaborate if possible.

thank you for clearance, I think it would be great if you update the theme or develop a plugin for push notification wherein OC admin can select that user will get a notification on app (mobile) or emails. it will definitely help us to minimize the email  server resources.

It is osclass feature, not theme one, so it's not possible to update it.
