Getting 404 error when adding custom field of type date

Hello, I am getting the attached in the add new listing page when the custom field is of type date. Moreover, the navigation buttons on calendar are also not visible. Please advise.

Can you get same issue with Bender theme?
Those images belongs to jquery UI....

Did not check the bender theme instead downloaded the missing files from JQuery site and placed it Veronika/css/images folder. Its working now. Thanks.
