How can I change the category menu that appears on mobile devices, by the category menu that appears on PC.?

I need it to appear in the shape of a circle and a slider.

Do you know exactly what line should be modified from the responsive.css file?

In responsive.css, syles starting with:
Code: [Select]
#top-cat
Make sure to modify styles only for screen width less than 767px (mobiles)
