Do not use website name as title. It does not make sense and will not help to your seo. Website name means website name, 20-30 characters length.
It means Class Mega Angola, nothing more, nothing less.
Use SEO plugin for meta tags instead.

Site name is site name, it's not title, not description, just title. It will not help you, repeating text is irrelevant. You must create unique content to make it useful. No copy paste. Something you have on your mind and noone else does.

That is the factor you should count with.
