it does not let me load the veronika theme zip last version

when I go to load the zip on theme management and load the veronika zip last version ... it tells me no file inserted does not let me load the veronika theme zip last version

If you ask same question in 3 different places, it does not make sense to reply on it....  ???
upload & extract theme zip into oc-content/themes
