Hello

The name of the file has been changed item-post.php and the member is still posting an announcement and the email is not registered !!

What's the solution ?

The person is basically registered and banned and then posting an unregistered e-mail with I made the option of ads after the approval of the supervisor and his announcement was published !!

You have user IP in oc-admin, you can block IP in htaccess file.
