My Niche is Bicycle Classifieds only. How to change the text in the search bar?

Hello,

How to change the text "Samsung S7 Edge..." in the search bar for both homepage search and sidebar search?

I suggest changing it in the next update to something generic like "Search..." or "I'm Looking for..."

I need to change this every time there is a new theme update. I hope MB Themes will change this into something generic.
