My site keeps redirecting me to an unknown theme

My client's site keeps redirecting to an unknown theme even after activating my newly purchased Veronika osclass theme. It's not even as if I have other themes on my admin panel... please reply urgently.

It looks like osclass backup (same to bender) theme is used. This usually happens when osclass has major errors. Try to reinstall

If it's about reinstalling Osclass, don't you think there will be a risk of losing all existing ads that had already been published? Even if I'm looking into doing a backup before reinstalling, there are chances of a recurrence of the same issue. So I need a way to resolve this since the issue might be as a result of conflicts between the Veronika theme and the Osclass core.

The number of existing ads on my client's site has absolutely nothing to do with the original purpose of posting this thread. Ads were always successfully published, but there is an occasional redirection which suddenly gives the site a very unusual appearance... Could you please recommend a way out...

P.S. Currently, the home page is showing "No recent ads" even when there are some sample ads that have been published on some categories.... I just simply don't understand where all these isues could be originating. URL www.absumart.com

Theme does not contain any kind of redirects, theme is used by hundreds of customers and noone complained on such thing ever for years so I do not believe it is theme related.
For latest ads section, check theme config, you have many options there what to show in this section
