When i did install veronika theme on my site then cpu usage taking too load and get, post problem display in error log so please tell me how can i reduce cpu usage problem?

I have installed veronika theme in my site, but after sometime hosting provider has sent a mail for high cpu usage(90%) and entry process high (29/30) . when i have dicussed with hosting team then they have mentioned in your website some script using take time and "Get" and "Post" query has taken lot of time and using these code you are facing this problem.

And before using veronika , i am using OsclassWizard theme, but that time i have not faced any problem like that.

So, please solve my issue, how can remove "GET" and "POST" query .

Well to be honest I did not hear such bullshit for few months.

You can read something about those "queries":

Those are very basic elements of osclass or any other application.
Use recaptcha to avoid spam bots using those.

He is right ,there is something which i don't know. but you can see below reply from my earlier hosting provider. I moved to vps but today i again notice my website was not loading properly taking long time.

If there is constant form submission, it will create high loads (i/o or cpu ussage). This can be caused by spam bots as example (you need recaptcha). I had also problem with high I/O operations on Prestashop and actually my hosting was never able to tell me what cause that.
