When I access the website in the mobile version it is very slow, are the Cache Osclass Plugin and CDN Osclass Plugin the solution to this problem?

Each of plugin do something different, read them carefuly and you may decide to use one of those.

Check your browser console, looks like you have setup cdn but destination link foes not contain required files.
If does not help, create support ticket.
