In my home page the categories and subcategories is in french but in the serach page the subcatgories is in english or my website is in french what is the problem please help me

I installed other languages but that's don't work
And I notice that the language that appears in the category matches the first language in alphabetical order.
If I download Arabic, the categories will appear in Arabic because it is the first language in the language page in the admin osclass

The page "category.php" is corrupt

I change that with this page
