Create all listings category

Hello friends!
I want to create a category named " all categories or all listings" that when it is clicked to go to the all listings page or search page!
Can anyone help me with this please?

how can i do that? i tried to find any of those categories in inc.category.php so i could put a link on it ,but it does not exist, its just the command!
Please show me how to do that , its really important for my users
