Error of theme

Sir i was getting error in zara theme so it was shown in the error logs.

Error 1 : PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/....../themes/zara/item-send-friend.php on line 593

Error 2 : PHP Warning:  count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/......./themes/zara/footer.php on line 350

Kindly help Sir to resolve this issue.
