I dont know how same theme functions different in two sites.
In Becedao.com, Eibazar.com and so on the price input doesnt work for other language.
In My site ctgbuysell.com the price input takes other language.
I want it should take only English Number.
Is there anyone who can clarify me the issue?

Price field accepts only numeric values (arabic numbers), this is how osclass is designed.
