Zara Upgrade - Layout Re positioning Issues

Hi Guys.
I'm having issues with the following:
1. When trying to re position the layout of item page, change don't happen. I have tried to move the "Related Item" to the bottom, yet it stays above "Description".

I have tested and it works correclty on demo.
Make sure you are using plugin version delivered with plugin and not using hooks.
