Failed notification

Hello,
suddenly discovered that on my Zeta theme,  admin not getting notification anymore about new registration and new listings etc, meanwhile, i checked it back end, and its clicked for me to receive all the notifications

- enable debug mode to see errors (ideally log into file to catch all)
- double check & test your mail server configuration (specially smtp auth)
- if needed enable mailer debug mode/log to see response from mail server
