Hi,
  I am getting this error when I access my website. What is the problem?
Recently I got message from my hosting that
Your hosting account finysel.com is being moved to the new server.
website’s IP address has changed to - 1xx.1xx.xx.x6.

Is this issue related to that. What can be done?

Make sure to update your config.php in root folder to reference to new database server.
Message means that configuration you have there cannot reach your osclass database.

The database IP is correct in the config.php. Then why is this problem?

Ok changed the password and its working now

Most probably DB password in config.php

Sample is not used by Osclass.
You even do not need to change password if is correct.
